So as you can see, the Action Center gives us insight into what's going on with our machine and what we can do in order to make things run a little bit better. Next, we have a notification from Mail indicating that the Outlook account settings are out of date and that that is something that needs to be fixed. ![]() Beneath that, we have a notification from settings indicating that there's a problem with the Microsoft account on this machine and that we need to go in and fix that. So at the very top, you can see that we have a notification from OneDrive and this particular notification refers to a privacy update. So, the Action Center is primarily designed to tell us what's going on with Windows, it gives us notifications. So, let me go ahead and click on the Action Center icon and you can see what it looks like. Now, before I click on this icon, you'll notice that it has the number five superimposed over top of it, and this indicates that there are five new action items that need to be taken care of or that Windows wants to let us know about. You can access the Windows Action Center through the icon that's located in the lower-right corner of the screen. Another interface item that Microsoft introduced in Windows 10 is the Windows Action Center. ![]()
